Peter Eedy chef/cookery teacher served his apprenticeship at the Royal Sydney Golf Club, he traveled the world working in some of the best restaurants and Hotels in the world. His clients have included Mick Jagger, Prince Charles, the Prime Minister of Canada, Pierre Elliott Trudeau. He won the Golden Fork Award three years running when he was head chef at Sydney’s Le Chardon Restaurant. He will teach you an entree, main course and desert. Peter will supply the materials and you will get to eat the three courses that you prepared.
